Hillegom is a provincial town in the middle of the Randstad and close to sea, dunes and the towns around it worth visiting are within cycling distance.

The train station at Hillegom has excellent train and bus connections to cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden en The Hague. By car Hotel Flora is 20 minutes away from Schiphol Airport.

Bicycles can be supplied through bike rent company Van Dam

Van Dam Rent-a-Bike delivers bikes to Hotel Flora on demand. When booking it is possible to have the bikes delivered at a designated address and/of have them picked up after your ride. Also available are various bicycle routes.
During the flower exhibition at “De Keukenhof” in Lisse from end March to
NH Leeuwenhorst at Noordwijkerhout: all year
